Enhancing Endurance
When provided pre-race, Aminolyte is designed to enhance the time to exhaustion during exercise. This benefit comes from the addition of taurine and beta-alanine in the formula. Study results suggest that when taurine is supplemented it may attenuate exercise- induced DNA damage and enhance the capacity of exercise due to its cellular protective properties. Beta-alanine has also been found to play a relevant role in muscle buffering capacity when supplemented.
